Welcome Wellness was proud to offer a variety of classes that met and satisfied every participant’s fitness level and goals. We offered our classes in person and virtually through Zoom.
Classes Offered

Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga is a slow-paced, primarily seated class focusing on body awareness and breath. This class helped participants build strength, endurance, flexibility and balance and supports personal safety. We offered Chair yoga three times a week.

Mat Yoga
Our instructor guided beginner students through proper alignment and form, while encouraging more experienced practitioners to challenge themselves while building strength and flexibility. Participants safely stretched and lengthened their body through a flow of supportive postures and breathing techniques, creating a calm mind, relaxed body and enhanced present moment awareness. Mat Yoga was offered five times a week.

Pickleball
Pickleball gives you a good aerobic workout. It helps improve your lung function, controls your blood sugar levels, regulates your blood pressure, and improves your cardiovascular conditioning. We offered Pickleball weekly on Wednesdays, and it was definitely a fan favorite!
